The Intuit Learning & Development team needed a way to motivate participation from the global salesforce and celebrate their achievements to executive leadership. Solution? SalesCraft! A one-of-a-kind online video game custom made for Intuit to support the salesforce in their learning journey and launch a new Sales Certification Program.

As Intuit sales consultants complete certification milestones they earn points within the game that allow them to build the future of Intuit. Inspired by other world-building games, SalesCraft features the ability to create your own street, personalize avatars, and compete in daily trivia to keep players on their toes as they play to become SalesCraft Champion. Leadership is able to support their teams through community challenges, and the competition culminates in a finale showdown with grand prizes awarded by executives to top performers.
